Any unfreezing of Iranian funds will not finance terrorism: Vance
US Vice President JD Vance stated that if Iranian funds are unfrozen under a deal to end the Middle East war, Washington can ensure the money does not fund terrorism. The talks between Tehran and Washington concluded at Switzerland's Burgenstock resort.
