Chip and Joanna Gaines are selling their renovated 135-year-old Cottonland Castle in Waco, Texas, for nearly $2.7 million. They previously attempted to auction the property in 2023, but the sale did not proceed, and the castle is now listed again through their company Magnolia Realty.
