Drinking water expert who pushed for study during Flint water crisis files lawsuit against EPA

Elin Warn Betanzo, founder of Safe Water Engineering LLC, filed a lawsuit against the EPA after being dismissed from its drinking water advisory council, claiming violations of her First Amendment rights and other laws.
