Pack of cat-killing wild dogs has Miami Beach neighborhood on edge: ‘What if it was a child?’
A pack of feral dogs has been roaming Miami Beach's Normandy Isles neighborhood for six months, killing three cats and alarming residents. Miami Beach Commissioner Tanya K. Bhatt and Miami-Dade Animal Services are working to trap the dogs, with two already captured. Residents fear the dogs' behavior could pose risks to people, especially children.
