5 San Jose residents arrested for East Bay car burglaries

Five San Jose residents, including two teenagers, were arrested in Livermore for breaking into cars. The incident occurred at 2:30 a.m. on June 18 when multiple residents called 911 to report masked burglars breaking into vehicles. Police surrounded an area near Holmes Street.
