Charlotte City Council greenlights red light camera pilot program
Charlotte City Council approved a one-year red light camera pilot program to reduce serious crashes. The decision was unanimously made during a business meeting, following a recommendation from the safety committee. Charlotte previously used red light cameras from 1998 to 2006.
