Hong Kong urged to export food culture as Cantonese restaurants hit hardest by slump
Hong Kong industry leaders urge increased efforts to export the city's food culture as Cantonese restaurants face the steepest revenue decline in the sector. Data from the Legislative Council Secretariat’s research office shows Chinese restaurant earnings dropped 27.9% in the first quarter compared to 2018.
