Uganda: Gen Muhoozi Asks Court to Dismiss Besigye's Death Threat Claims As Hearsay
Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Chief of Defence Forces, requested the court to dismiss Kizza Besigye's application alleging death threats, arguing the claims are speculative and based on hearsay. Besigye, an opposition politician, filed the application against Muhoozi.
