Hacked on all my accounts

A user reported being hacked, resulting in scam messages sent from multiple accounts on Discord, Instagram, and TikTok. Despite using two anti-virus programs, the user discovered further suspicious Turkish-language crypto scam messages and is considering resetting their laptop.
