Zelenskyy to skip Ukraine recovery conference amid spat with Poland
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko will lead Kyiv’s delegation to the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk, replacing President Volodymyr Zelenskyy who skipped the event amid a diplomatic dispute with Polish President Karol Nawrocki. The conflict escalated after Nawrocki revoked Zelenskyy’s Order of the White Eagle following Ukraine’s naming of a military unit after the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, a group linked to wartime atrocities against Poles.
