‘Biological Terrorism': Russia Burying Anthrax-Infected Livestock
Ukraine’s military intel agency (HUR) accused Russian forces of improperly disposing of anthrax-infected livestock in the occupied Kherson region, posing risks to civilians, agriculture, and the environment. HUR warned that Russia could later use this to accuse Ukraine of using biological weapons.
