Chuco Tango gang member arrested on parole violation

A 36-year-old member of the Chuco Tango gang, Jonathan Samaniego, was arrested in Central El Paso for a felony parole violation. The El Paso County Constable's Office confirmed the arrest and his booking into the El Paso County Jail.
