[UK] is this bupa email a scam?

A user received an email from Bupa Clinics Credit Control claiming they owe £68.13, requesting payment via bank transfer. The user had previous dealings with Bupa through their employer's health scheme in 2023 but did not receive an invoice and is unsure if the email is legitimate.
