New boutique hotel, expanded parking coming to Factory at Franklin

The Factory at Franklin, a Tennessee shopping and event center, is expanding with a 120-room Marriott Bonvoy boutique hotel set to open in 2028, creating 50-60 jobs. The project includes historic building integration and a new parking garage adding over 1,000 spots.
