Boy, 13, gets out of Disneyland ride, goes down 50-foot drop in reported mishap

A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized with minor injuries after exiting a log ride at Disneyland’s Tiana’s Bayou Adventure before it completed, sliding down a 50-foot drop. The ride was later inspected and cleared to reopen by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
