Proposed Brownland Farm redevelopment would bring sports complex, retail to Franklin

BLVD Capital proposes a mixed-use sports and retail complex at Brownland Farm in Franklin, featuring partnerships with the Nashville Predators, Tennessee Titans, and Nashville Soccer Club. The development includes a hockey facility, 11 multi-purpose sports fields, and a golf training center. Approval is pending a June 29 joint meeting of Williamson County and Franklin officials.
