Body of unidentified man found floating in East River near NYC ferry landing during morning rush

The body of an unidentified man in his 40s was found floating in the East River near the NYC Ferry landing at East 34th Street during the morning rush. He was discovered unconscious and unresponsive around 7:50 a.m.
