Arsonist who set sleeping subway rider on fire 5 ½ year federal prison sentence

An arsonist who set a sleeping subway rider on fire received a 5 ½ year federal prison sentence. Surveillance images showed the victim alone and burning in the subway car, still on fire when exiting at Times Square.
