[US] Strangers knocking on my door two days in a row

A person reported two consecutive days of loud knocking at their door by 2-3 men in collared shirts. The individuals, who did not leave items or identify themselves, changed one member between visits. The person expressed concern due to the repeated, unexplained visits.
