Jacob Riis Bathhouse on track to reopen as private club by end of July

The Jacob Riis Bathhouse is set to reopen as the Rockaway Ocean Club's private club by late July, with its pool opening to members. Developers have spent nearly a decade restoring the abandoned bathhouse originally built by Robert Moses.
