California's Manufactured Housing Opportunity and Revitalization (MORE) program, reformed in 2023, funded the renovation of Shady Lane Estates mobile home park in Thermal, improving infrastructure, replacing homes, and addressing flooding and electrical issues. The $10.6 million project, part of 28 awarded under MORE, marked the first completed rehab under the program.
