UN nuclear boss says inspectors will visit Iran sites. Tehran says only after a final deal

The head of the U.N.'s nuclear agency, Rafael Mariano Grossi, stated inspectors will visit Iranian nuclear enrichment sites, a key step in a U.S.-Iran interim deal. Iran's deputy foreign minister, Kazem Gharibabadi, rejected this, insisting inspections can only occur after a final agreement.
