Moscow Refinery Knocked Offline Until 2027 After Drone Strikes – Reuters
Moscow’s largest fuel refinery, owned by Gazprom Neft, is expected to remain offline until early 2027 after repeated Ukrainian drone strikes. The attacks damaged key processing units at the plant, which supplies most of the capital’s fuel.
