Expert panel set up to formulate SOP to govern entry of zoo staff into animal enclosures, Central Zoo Authority tells Karnataka High Court

The Central Zoo Authority has established an expert panel to create an SOP for zoo staff entering animal enclosures, as informed to the Karnataka High Court. A petition in the High Court lists 17 incidents in zoological parks nationwide over the last decade, including seven animal attacks in Karnataka.
