French mountaineer dies as avalanche hits GB's K-6 peak

French climber Guillaume Pierrel died after an avalanche struck his team during an attempt to scale K-6 peak in Pakistan's Gilgit-Baltistan. The other two climbers, Boris Jule and Christina Maria, survived. A recovery team has been dispatched to retrieve Pierrel's body.
