Two men were arrested in Miami after allegedly staging a car crash to file fraudulent insurance claims. Carlos Leyva-Sama and Nicolas Israel Caprile reportedly orchestrated the incident by falsely reporting a collision while evidence suggested they were on a sidewalk when an unidentified driver crashed into a tree.
