TVChannel sign-in scam [US]

A user attempted to sign up for PBS on a guest room TV via PBS.org/tv but was redirected to a fake site (PBSblaze.com) that requested credit card information. After submitting a card, the user realized it was a scam, canceled the card, and discovered an unauthorized charge.
