Dollar General manager shot, killed by customer buying $1.58 hamburger buns, police say
A Dollar General store manager in Georgia was shot and killed by a customer during a $1.58 transaction. The suspect later fled, shot an officer and a K-9, and was killed by police. The injured officer is expected to recover, and the K-9 requires surgery.
