Trump’s name is gone from the Kennedy Centre. Why is the tarp still up?

A US federal judge requested an explanation for the continued presence of a tarp covering the facade of the Kennedy Centre where President Donald Trump’s name was recently removed. The judge ordered the Kennedy Centre’s board of trustees to clarify the purpose and status of the tarp and scaffolding by the end of July.
