US State Department Says Ukraine Is Currently Winning the War

Jeremy Levin, a senior US State Department official, stated in Gdansk that Ukraine is now winning the war by turning the situation around and seizing battlefield initiative. He noted Ukrainian forces are shifting to an offensive posture while Russian troops await winter, and highlighted strikes on Russian infrastructure. Washington may also tighten sanctions on Russian oil with EU partners.
