Court to rule on EFCC’s forfeiture request against jailed ex-minister Mamman’s assets
A court is set to rule on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) request to forfeit assets of a jailed ex-minister, Mamman, who was found to have stolen N22 billion. The EFCC has recovered less than N2 billion of the stolen amount.
