Manitou Springs Police Department searching for burglary suspect

The Manitou Springs Police Department is searching for a male burglary suspect after two individuals allegedly broke into an apartment complex and rammed two police cars. The man fled after the woman, whose identity is withheld, was arrested. A shelter-in-place order was issued but later lifted.
