Kerala HC directs MoRTH to finalise approval for Vizhinjam-Navaikulam Outer Ring Road project

The Kerala High Court has directed the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to finalize approval for the Vizhinjam-Navaikulam Outer Ring Road project. A petition filed by the Vizhinjam ORR Land Owners Welfare Movement alleges that no compensation has been paid to landowners whose property was acquired for the project.
