Child recovered after an alleged kidnapping early Thursday morning
An 8-month-old boy was recovered after an alleged kidnapping by Marco Alberico, who took the child in a vehicle during a domestic disturbance. Police located the child unharmed and arrested Alberico at an apartment complex.
