[US] Strange phone calls in the middle of the night
A person received two missed calls at 1am from an unknown Texas area code while in the Midwest. Their wife experienced a panic attack thinking someone was in their apartment, but the caller left no message and hasn't called back. The individual questions whether the call was a scam or someone in danger.
