Charges: Driver had alcohol, cocaine in system when he fatally hit Minneapolis bicyclist
A Minneapolis man, Diallo Roy James Greer, 23, has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide after fatally striking a bicyclist in his 50s while under the influence of alcohol and cocaine. A preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol content of 0.086, and toxicology results indicated multiple drug metabolites in his system.
