Saharan dust to bring hazy skies and reduced air quality to the Gulf Coast

Saharan dust has caused hazy skies and reduced air quality in Louisiana, with another dust plume expected to arrive in the Gulf Coast region this weekend and early next week. The dust originates from the Sahara Desert in Africa.
