Loretta 'Lori' Evelyn Moore, 55, was found dead inside her submerged vehicle in Arkansas Creek, Castle Rock, Washington, days after her family reported her missing. Authorities confirmed her car left the road and flipped into the creek, and she had a heart condition. The cause of death has not been released.
