Evergreen flooding surpasses 2013 historic levels; some residents under boil advisory

Flooding in Evergreen and Kittredge areas of Jefferson County surpassed 2013 historic levels, causing significant damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure. The Evergreen Metropolitan District issued a boil water advisory for multiple streets, and major erosion exposed sewer lines and caused a water main break affecting 200 customers.
