Heather Patterson, owner of Prestige Towing in Arkansas, faces multiple felony charges for allegedly repossessing vehicles illegally and forging title paperwork. Investigators found evidence she submitted false documents to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, including incorrect vehicle identification numbers, and repossessed a car without a valid order.
