Woman accused in violent attack on elderly L.A. street vendor identified

A 19-year-old woman, Harmunie Heaven Church, was arrested for a violent attack on 62-year-old street vendor Arabelia Martinez in Los Angeles. The incident occurred on Figueroa Street and was captured on cellphone video.
