Los Angeles man charged with distributing, producing child sexual abuse material

A Los Angeles man was charged with distributing and producing child sexual abuse material. Andrew Patrick Dominguez, a registered sex offender, is accused of attempting to entice three minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for visual depiction.
