Hong Kong police arrested a 74-year-old minibus driver for dangerous driving after his vehicle fatally hit a cyclist in the North district. The incident occurred in Ta Kwu Ling at 6:27 AM on Friday, resulting in the cyclist's death at North District Hospital in Sheung Shui.
