Tiruvallur ammonia leak: Left parties seek ₹25-lakh compensation for families of victims
Left parties are demanding ₹25 lakh compensation for families affected by the Tiruvallur ammonia leak. CPI(M) Tamil Nadu Politburo member K. Balakrishnan accused the management of exploitative working conditions, including housing young women workers from other states in hostels and making them work until midnight.
