June 26: Another hot, humid day with afternoon storms expected

June 26 is expected to be a hot and humid day with high temperatures in the mid-90s and heat indices reaching 100-106 degrees. Afternoon storms driven by sea breeze will be isolated, leaving much of the metro and coastal areas dry. Saharan dust is affecting weather patterns, limiting rain chances and causing hazy sunrises and sunsets.
