Hong Kong court places baby Danny in Social Welfare Department care for 3 years
A Hong Kong court has placed two-month-old baby Danny under the Social Welfare Department's care for three years after his parents, Tsang Wai-bong and Kwan Pui-sin, were arrested for alleged child neglect. The Juvenile Court granted a protection order following a closed-door hearing.
