Pasadena School Board Overrides Its Own Consultant to Protect Existing Linda Vista park

The Pasadena Unified School District Board of Education selected InSite Realty Advisers as the preferred developer for the former Linda Vista Elementary School site and authorized a 99-year ground lease. The board later amended the decision to require the developer to preserve the existing park in its current location and size, overriding their own real estate consultant's advice.
