Edgewater Synagogue Redevelopment Reduces Building Count In Latest Proposal
Fern Hill has revised its redevelopment plan for Edgewater's Emanuel Congregation campus, reducing the building count from three to two after neighbor feedback. The new proposal includes a 25-story and 12-story building on the main site and a five-story building across the street, with a community hub and synagogue relocation. The project aims for 603 rental units, 20% of which would be affordable under city requirements.
