Antioch man accused of child sex abuse, possession of CSAM

Gene Lowrey, a 41-year-old man from Antioch, Ill., is accused of two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, manufacturing child pornography, and eleven counts of possession of child sexual abuse material. The investigation began in Antioch following an initial inquiry.
