AMR ambulance catches fire on Thursday evening, no one was injured

An American Medical Response ambulance caught fire near Monterey Elementary School in Colorado Springs while responding to a medical emergency. The Colorado Springs Fire Department safely removed the patient and crew, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and a second ambulance transported the patient to a hospital.
